Return Policy

Order dresses

Customized order dresses and semi-customized order dresses are made specifically for you and no one else will be able to wear it. We are unable to accept returns and cancel on the custom dress.  

We will adjust it if you can come to the studio within 10 days after receiving it. After 10 days, the adjustment fee will be charged.

Shop and Readymade

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 7 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt.     

If 7 days have gone by since the item received, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.             

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with the original tags attached to receive a refund.            

That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned with any accessories, labels, and gifts or bonus items.

How to Return

To return your product, please mail your product to Contact Us with your details and reason for return. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty.        

Shipping costs are non-refundable.      

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For international orders, we don't refund any customs/taxes related charges.    

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.      

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Shipping Policy

We can't guarantee any type of delay, damages, or lost parcels due to the shipping. If you would like to add -INSURANCE- contact us prior you make a purchase, it is not automatically included.        

Orders within the U.S

Our Standard Shipping is by USPS Priority mail, takes 1-3 business days after shipped and the price varies, about between $12 and $20 for dresses.     

We also accept 2days USPS Priority Mail Express and Overnight Delivery.         

If you wish to place an express order, please contact us to make arrangements.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries outside the United States. We use USPS's Priority Mail International, about $50 and $60 per one costume.         

You can choose your preferred shipping service and express order when ordering.          

The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order.                

We will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes.    

Payment 

Order Dresses and Semi Order Dresses
  1. A consultation fee of $ 100 is charged at the first meeting. Even if you do not order  a dress, you will be charged $ 100 as a consultation fee. This is non-refundable.    

  2. If you order a dress, the consultation fee will be included in the dress fee. $500 will be charged as a deposit when you place an order.  

  3. When your dress design is decided and the production starts, half of the balance will be charged.

  4. The rest of the payment will be made upon receipt and shipment.

Shop and Readymde

You will pay the full amount on the website or in the studio.
